Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival Beaune    H-B
The historical part of Beaune is fairly small but fascinating.

Day 2 Beaune to Beaune   B&B 38 or 52 km
The short ride goes north to Nuits-Saint-Georges. All the exquisite villages you go through, like Aloxe-Corton, produce Pinot noir. The longer option includes the Cistercien Abbey of Citeaux.

Day 3 Beaune to Beaune   B&B  28 or 55 km
You loop eastward today and visit the villages of Pommard, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. This area is producing mainly Chardonnay. You then go up the old village of Saint Romain. On the longer loop, you add on the market town of Nolay and the Chateau of la Rochepot.

Day 4 The trip finishes in Beaune after breakfast
